On-site payment is available only by exception and with Organizing Committee approval. It is charged at the regular registration fee plus 20%.

Additional articles
One registration includes publication of one full-text article. Each additional published article is charged at €250 after the early-bird period.
Accompanying persons
The fee includes the cocktail, gala dinner, coffee and tea breaks, and session attendance as a listener. Authors and co-authors cannot register as accompanying persons.
Video presentation
A video presentation option is available to participants unable to travel. The registration fee remains the same to encourage in-person presentation.
Not included
Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, airport transfers and services not listed above are excluded. Participants arrange their own travel.

Terms and refunds
Registration fees are non-transferable.
A refund is available when cancellation notice is received at least one month before the event, subject to a €100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made during the final month are not eligible for a refund.
