You may participate by submitting abstracts only, without a full text. Full-text submission is optional and intended for participants who wish to publish their articles in the proceedings.

Prepare your full text
Maximum 10 pages, grammatically correct and clear, following the template without changing format, fonts or spacing. Submission is limited to two articles.

Articles must be checked for plagiarism and the plagiarism check report must be submitted together with the article.

One registration fee includes one full-text publication free of charge. Each additional published article is charged at €220, and at €250 after the early-bird registration period. The registration fee must be paid after acceptance of your full text; otherwise the article will not be included.
Guidelines for abstracts
Abstracts are submitted online through the registration module. A concise and factual abstract of 250–500 words should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and the major conclusions.
An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must stand alone. References should be avoided; if essential, cite author(s) and year(s). Non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, and if essential must be defined at their first mention within the abstract.
Authors submitting abstracts and presenting papers are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism.
Poster guidelines
Posters must be A1 size (594 mm × 841 mm), vertically oriented, and readable from a distance of one to two metres.

Independent double-blind expert peer review
The congress uses double-blind review by internal and mostly external reviewers. If plagiarism is not detected and the similarity index is below 10% — with less than 4% from a single source — the full text is sent out for peer review. Based on the reviewers' reports, the editorial office decides whether the article should be published and improved before publication.
Authors are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism. The publisher may decline any article with a similarity index above 10% after the submission deadline and peer review. In that case the fee is not refundable, because the publisher charges for all processed articles. Please also consider self-plagiarism with other journal and proceedings submissions.
After extensive peer review, accepted full texts are published in proceedings which are submitted for indexing in prestigious academic indexes.
